Job summary

UMATR is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Dubai to design and deploy production-ready AI agents across voice chat and email. You will work with Python, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and Voice AI technologies to automate business workflows and integrate AI into real-world operations.

You will lead hands-on work from prototype to production, collaborating with product teams and enterprise clients to deliver scalable AI solutions that transform customer interactions and workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Software/AI/Machine Learning engineering.
• Strong Python or equivalent backend language skills.
• Hands-on with LLM apps, AI agents, or RAG systems.
• Experience integrating external APIs and backend services.
• Exposure to Voice AI or real-time communication tech.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks.

About the Role

We re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to design build and deploy production-ready AI agents across voice chat and email. You ll work with Python LLMs LangChain LangGraph and Voice AI technologies developing intelligent systems that automate real business workflows. This is a highly hands-on role where you ll work closely with product teams and enterprise clients taking AI solutions from initial prototypes through to production.
