Job summary

Dubai-based organization is seeking a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer to design, deploy, and operate production-grade AI-driven systems with enterprise-scale integrations in Dubai, UAE. The role is onsite and requires deep expertise across backend, frontend, and AI operational layers.

You will lead end-to-end development, monitor production systems, and ensure robust performance and reliability across SAP, M365, and external data integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven full-stack development experience with a strong AI and ML focus.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, and Azure OpenAI.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI systems, LLMs, and workflow orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi-step agentic workflow orchestration, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop gates using Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, and Azure OpenAI (UAE North).
• Apply strong AI and ML foundations including model selection, evaluation, retrieval quality, and production monitoring.
• Build and operate agent systems in production; fully own, debug, and explain all developed code.
• Integrate enterprise platforms including SAP, M365, and external data sources into AI-driven workflows.
• Monitor, optimise, and maintain production AI systems for reliability and performance.

Role Overview

Our Client is a forward-thinking organisation based in Dubai seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer with 7 or more years of experience building end-to-end agentic workflows. The successful candidate will design, deploy, and operate production-grade AI-driven systems with strong integrations across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi-step agentic workflow orchestration, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop gates using Python, FastAPI (Fast Application Programming Interface), React, PostgreSQL, and Azure OpenAI (UAE North).
• Apply strong AI and ML (Machine Learning) foundations including model selection, evaluation, retrieval quality, and production monitoring.
• Build and operate agent systems in production; fully own, debug, and explain all developed code.
• Integrate enterprise platforms including SAP (Systems, Applications & Products), M365 (Microsoft 365), and external data sources into AI-driven workflows.
• Monitor, optimise, and maintain production AI systems for reliability and performance.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7 or more years of proven full-stack development experience with a strong AI and ML focus.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, and Azure OpenAI.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI systems, LLMs (Large Language Models), and workflow orchestration.
• Proven experience with production monitoring, debugging, and system optimisation.
• Experience integrating with SAP, M365, and external data APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
• Must be currently based in the UAE and eligible to work (candidates outside the UAE will not be considered)
• Visa Status: Preferably hold a valid UAE visa (Golden Visa, Spouse Visa, or Self-Sponsored)
