We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations within the perfume and cosmetics sector across retail and wholesale channels in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing market coverage, and cultivating long-term client relationships. You will oversee multiple sales locations, develop targeted strategies, and ensure the team consistently meets performance goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the perfume industry to achieve revenue and growth targets

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the perfume or cosmetics industry, with a strong track record of success
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities based on market data and sales metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area for client meetings and market visits
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
