Job summary

Air Products seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive the packaged gases portfolio in the Dubai & Northern Emirates region. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to proposal development and contract negotiations—while strengthening key accounts and OEM relationships.

Your role will focus on achieving sales targets, expanding differentiated product offerings, and presenting monthly business updates to management. Fluency in English and UAE driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical/Mechanical Eng preferred.
• 5–7 years direct B2B sales experience in Industrial Gases.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent social and communication skills; PC literate.

Responsibilities

• Develop the business development plan and execution strategy.
• Develop the commercial strategy for a bid.
• Contract negotiation and signature once the business is secured.
• Lead the business license setup; manage long-term contracts to grow sales and profits.
• Grow sales and profits in the Dubai & Northern Emirates region.
