Job summary

Management Solutions International MSI, a Dubai-based studio, seeks a sales-focused professional to drive client outreach, showcase our creative work, and secure new projects. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with the studio to fulfill orders and deliver satisfaction.

Architectural background is preferred; you will cultivate relationships, multitask across events, and build a pipeline of long-term clients and referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant field.
• Architectural background is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or client relations preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively.
• Comfortable representing the company at events and engaging with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for client outreach showcase our creative work and securing new projects/ opportunities for the company.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries provide detailed product/service information create and send price quotations and manage order processing from start to finish.
• Gather client requirements communicate specifications to studio staff and follow up during production and after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database record all communications and nurture relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Represent the studio at trade shows exhibitions or presentations; gather client feedback and build key accounts.
• Track sales performance metrics and collaborate with the operation team to reach new audiences and improve offers.
