Job summary

Miodularis is seeking an Architect to join our Dubai office. The role requires strong design sensibilities, technical skills, and experience managing all stages of a project from concept through to construction.

Responsibilities include market strategy & growth, developing and executing business strategies for the Saudi Arabian market, and pursuing opportunities regionally. The candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience as an architect or designer at a leading international design firm.
• Strong aesthetic sensibilities and design skills with creativity in development and detailing.
• Proven experience in cultural, large-scale retail, commercial or mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market strategy for the Saudi Arabian market aligned with UNS global objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and projects in the region.

Market Strategy & GrowthDevelop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the Saudi Arabian market, aligned with UNS’s global objectives.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and projects within the region.

Requirements

Skills:5-8 years or above of experience as an architect or designer at a leading international design firm, with involvement in built projectsStrong aesthetic sensibilities and design skills, with demonstrated creativity in design development and detailing.Proven experience in cultural, large-scale retail, commercial or mixed-use projects.
