Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Architectural Inspector for their UAE projects. The role involves ensuring architectural works meet drawings, specs, and standards across high-rise or residential sites.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and have 8+ years of architectural inspection or site supervision experience, preferably in UAE high-rise or large-scale residential projects, with mandatory consulting firm experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure design intent and quality.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project quality control requirements.
• Verify works and assist in preparing snag lists and final inspections before handover.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and site reports for stakeholders.

As an Architectural Inspector you will be responsible for ensuring that all architectural works at the project site are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards. The role involves conducting site inspections, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements on high-rise or residential construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Review architectural shop drawings, materials, and method statements submitted by contractors for compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure that the works are executed according to design intent and quality standards.
• Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the project’s quality control requirements.
• Verify completed works and assist in preparing snag lists and final inspections prior to project handover.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and site reports for submission to the Resident Engineer or Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in architectural inspection or site supervision, preferably on high-rise or large-scale residential projects in the UAE.
• Experience working with a consulting firm is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, regulations, and quality standards.
