Job summary

Careers International in Dubai, UAE is seeking an Architecture Engineer with UAE experience in commercial interior and fit-out projects. You will be responsible for architectural drawings, technical coordination, site execution, and ensuring project requirements are met.

You will prepare and review drawings, coordinate with designers, MEP teams, consultants, contractors and clients, review shop drawings and materials, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with codes and authority

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–5 years UAE experience in commercial interior/fit-out projects.
• Commercial projects experience (offices, retail, F&B, hospitality) required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and architectural detailing.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution and technical coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and technical details.
• Coordinate with interior designers, MEP teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve architectural/technical issues.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, codes, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate architectural works from design through project execution.
