Job summary

Careers International is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for Dubai, UAE, focused on Construction and Interior Fit-Out projects. You will supervise site activities, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering background, 3–5 years of site experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as Site Engineer required.
• Mandatory experience in Construction & Interior Fit-Out projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction and fit-out site activities.
• Ensure work is executed per approved drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and site teams.
• Review drawings and identify site requirements.
• Monitor progress to ensure schedule adherence.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety.
