Job summary

Freeline Engineering Consultants Llc in Dubai is seeking a mid-level architect to join our 28-year-old consultancy. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and SOE registration, with at least 4 years of Dubai-based experience in designing villas, schools, and buildings. You will drive projects, manage client relations, and coordinate with authorities for DM, DDA, TRAKHEES and related approvals. Strong architectural knowledge and BIM/3D visualization skills are highly preferred.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking to hire a mid-level architect in our 28 year old Dubai Consultant office.

• Candidate MUST have a Bachelor's degree, equivalency and be registered in Society of Engineers (SOE).
• Experience and ability to design creatively a wide range of projects including villas, schools, warehouses, buildings, etc.
• Minimum 4 years Dubai based Engineering Consulting Firm with experience in driving projects, client management, creative designing and procuring approvals.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in the industry
• Candidates must have thorough knowledge of architecture & working knowledge of structural and civil design & MEP Design for coordination.
• Candidates must have thorough knowledge of DM + DDA + TRAKHEES + all relevant authority approvals & co-ordination process in Dubai - This is a MANDATORY requirement
• Experience in 3D visualization & BIM is strongly preferred.
