Confidential in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Architectural Design Lead to steer high-profile projects from concept through detailed design. The role requires design-driven leadership and collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and clients to deliver exceptional architectural outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of architectural practice, a degree in Architecture, and strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and BIM.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
10+ years of relevant architectural experience.
Proven leadership of design teams on complex projects.
Experience in UAE/GCC market is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural design from concept to detailed design and delivery.
Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically strong architectural solutions.
Lead and mentor architects, designers, CAD specialists, and other members of the design team.
Review and approve architectural drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, standards, and project requirements.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Lead design reviews, presentations, workshops, and client/stakeholder meetings.
Monitor design deliverables, quality, timelines, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify design challenges and provide practical, innovative, and commercially viable solutions.
Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality architectural outputs in line with organizational standards and project objectives.
