Stantec in Abu Dhabi seeks a qualified professional to oversee design compliance and conduct site inspections for building and mixed-use projects. You will identify and resolve design issues in coordination with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with drawings and specifications.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related engineering, 5–7 years of MEP experience, and UAE regulatory registrations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related engineering discipline.
• 5–7 years of MEP experience in buildings and mixed-use projects.
• DMT registration and UAE regulatory registrations/certifications.
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes and authority regulations.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Solid construction site experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee design compliance and conduct site inspections for building and mixed-use projects.
• Identify and resolve design issues in coordination with contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, UAE codes, and applicable authority regulations.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and engineers to address technical concerns and resolve site-related issues.
• Monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
