Job summary

ELEInterior Design in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury residential projects from concept to completion. Strong client-facing and team leadership required. You will develop on-brand concepts, oversee FF&E, coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and 3D visualizers, and mentor junior designers.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. ELE Interior offers visa, medical insurance, laptop and phone, and a collaborative studio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ UAE experience in luxury residential design.
• Proven Dubai project experience and strong supplier network.
• Strong design, conceptualisation, and ability to interpret client briefs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage a team and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver refined, on-brand interior concepts for high-end residential projects.
• Lead client meetings to understand vision, brief, and design objectives.
• Prepare design presentations: mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D drawings, renders, sample boards.
• Oversee FF&E selection, procurement, and specification.

• Supervise site progress, ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Report project status to Head of Design and GM.
• Mentor interior design team and interns.

Theideal candidate will have strong, relevant experience in Luxury ResidentialMarket in the UAE with excellent creative thinking & management skills andbe able to create designs based on conversations and a brief from clients. Youshould be able to demonstrate completed projects within Dubai, have a strongsupplier network and confidence in presenting and managing third parties,contractors and Client expectations. You should be able to manage a team,communicate instructions clearly and be able to work independently ondelivering a project from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’sdegree in Interior Design or a related field
• Minimumof 5 years’ experience in the UAE, with a strong luxury residentialportfolio
• Provenproject experience in Dubai and a solid supplier/vendor network
• Strongdesign and conceptualisation skills, with the ability to interpret andelevate a client’s brief
• Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiencyin AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator),PowerPoint, and other relevant tools
• Independentand team-oriented, with strong leadership and time-management capabilities
