Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience handling full-cycle architectural projects from concept to IFC, preferably international.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (modeling, documentation, coordination).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape and Lumion.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction detailing, and international building regulations.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for collaborative design development.
• Familiarity with authority approval processes for international projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop and refine architectural designs aligned with project briefs and international design standards.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations and internal standards.
• Produce detailed drawings, layouts and technical specifications from concept through IFC stage.
• Collaborate with Master Planning, Structural, MEP, Interior Design, Landscape and BIM teams for design integration.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely delivery of design documentation and resolve design challenges.
• Prepare high-quality design deliverables including drawings, reports and concept boards.
• Support development of design documentation including mood boards and detailed design packages.
• Apply knowledge of international building codes and standards in project design and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain consistency, accuracy and quality across outputs.

ARCHITECT

The role requires a strong blend of architectural creativity and technical expertise with an emphasis on applying global design standards and best practices in accurate code-compliant documentation.

The successful candidate will be collaborative detail-oriented and capable of contributing to all stages of the design process from concept development to final delivery.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Architectural Design & Development

• Conceptualize develop and refine architectural designs aligned with project briefs and international design standards.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes authority regulations and internal standards.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings layouts and technical specifications from concept through to IFC stage.
• Collaborate closely with Master Planning Structural MEP Interior Design Landscape and BIM teams to ensure seamless design integration.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely delivery of design documentation and proactively resolve design-related challenges.
• Prepare high-quality design deliverables including drawings reports concept boards and internal presentations.
• Support development of design documentation including mood boards concept presentations and detailed design packages.

Technical Compliance & Coordination

• Apply strong knowledge of international building codes and standards in project design and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with construction detailing structural integration and material specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain consistency accuracy and quality across all design outputs.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support design approvals and reviews.
