Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Relevant experience in architectural design, construction, consulting, or project development.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, construction materials, and building detailing.
• Ability to prepare and interpret technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Translate client requirements and project objectives into practical design solutions.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documents.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, inspections, and design assessments.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples, and construction details.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Identify design conflicts, technical issues, defects, and required modifications.
• Monitor architectural works to ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Respond to RFIs, technical queries, change requests, and site-related issues.
• Assist with authority submissions, permits, approvals, and project documentation.
• Prepare design presentations, progress reports, and inspection records.
• Support value engineering and cost-effective design solutions.
