As a Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work directly with senior legal leaders on high-impact matters. You'll advise on disputes, construction contracts, and corporate transactions, with a focus on arbitration and DIFC court proceedings.

Description

· Provide legal support across real estate, development, construction, and corporate matters.

· Draft and negotiate construction contracts, procurement agreements, and corporate documents.

· Manage arbitration cases and represent the company in DIFC Courts.

· Conduct legal due diligence for property transactions and financing arrangements.

· Advise on planning approvals, zoning, and regulatory compliance.

· Collaborate with internal teams to identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.

· Support governance processes including shareholder agreements and board resolutions.

Profile

· 5-6 years PQE with a mix of law firm and in-house experience.

· Qualified in a common law jurisdiction (UK, Ireland, Australia, NZ, South Africa), with DIFC courts experience.

· Strong background in arbitration, construction contracts, and corporate law.

· Experience in real estate or development sectors is an advantage.

· Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

· Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
