Job summary

TikTok LIVE seeks a Paid User Operation Executive to support MENAT regional entities from its UAE/Dubai base. You will help develop regional creator-management strategy, training, analytics, policy implementation and governance, with local execution by operating entities.

The role requires strong user-operations focus, empathy for paid users, and fluency in English and Arabic to collaborate with international and Arabic-speaking stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic to collaborate with international and Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
• Comfort translating user insights into actionable operational actions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of paid users' behavior, segmentation, tagging, and differentiated operation strategies.
• Track user activity, retention, and spending; identify churn risks and drive recall and care actions.
• Collect user issues related to recharge, payment, KYC, campaigns, and interactions; drive closed-loop resolution.
• Provide actionable recommendations for operations, campaigns, and product optimization based on insights.
