Job summary

KnowBe4 in Dubai, UAE is looking for a Regional Account Executive to grow SMB/MM business across our security awareness platform. You will acquire new logos, upsell to existing customers, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with channels and customer success to maximize ARR.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of SMB sales experience, is fluent in Arabic, and can work with minimal supervision. Knowledge of Salesforce and G Suite is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience selling to SMB/MM sized businesses.
• Bachelor degree or higher desirable.
• Familiarity with IT security or cybersecurity industry desirable.

Responsibilities

• Acquire SMB/MM business within assigned territory to meet monthly quotas.
• Promote and sell KnowBe4 products to existing customers for cross-sell and expansion.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through prospecting, inbound leads, and demos.
• Follow up on leads to generate revenue opportunities and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Channel sales to close new logos and with Customer Success for renewal opportunities.
