Job summary

Talent Higher is seeking a Corporate Ambassador in Sharjah to deliver a high standard of customer service to walk-in clients and other customers, providing professional, empathetic, and personalized support throughout the journey.

You will resolve inquiries, verify documentation, and log, assess, and resolve issues in the CRM while aiming to meet individual and departmental KPIs and collaborating with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a similar operational role.
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Excellent communicate skills with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in clients.
• Consistently work towards achieving individual and departmental KPIs and performance objectives on a monthly basis.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service with professionalism and empathy, offering personalized support tailored to each client's unique needs from initial contact through to resolution.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless customer service experience.
• Use the company’s CRM system to efficiently receive, log, assess, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in line with company policies.
• Managing and resolving customer service queries efficiently and within the required timeframe, through all available communication channels, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of customer concerns by resolving issues promptly and exceeding customer expectations through proactive problem-solving.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s departments, products, and services to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
• Verify all documentation for accuracy and completeness across application processes—including new, renewal, and cancellation applications.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the line manager/team leader as needed.
