Job summary

NADIA is seeking an experienced Admissions and Recruitment Officer to lead student recruitment, evaluate applications, and guide applicants through the admissions journey. You will engage with schools and families, promote programmes, and ensure compliant, data-driven processes that support enrolment growth.

Ideal candidates bring a Master’s degree related to the field, 5–7 years in admissions, and strong Arabic-English communication, alongside proficiency with CRM and admissions platforms.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of relevant admissions experience and student recruitment.
• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and student counselling skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, student information systems, and admissions platforms.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Promote the university at high schools, educational fairs, exhibitions, virtual sessions, and other recruitment events.
• Provide information on programmes, admission requirements, scholarships, financial aid, and policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with school counsellors and recruitment partners.
• Generate prospective student leads and support recruitment targets.
• Develop promotional materials and admissions collateral.
• Review and evaluate applications, including records and personal statements.
• Assess eligibility according to admission criteria.
• Collaborate with admissions teams to support fair admission decisions.
• Communicate admission decisions and guide applicants through the process.
• Maintain applicant records, update systems, and report on trends.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with policies and data protection.
• Participate in professional development and other duties as assigned.
