Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Abu Dhabi seeks a Student Recruitment & Admissions Officer to oversee recruitment, evaluation, and selection of prospective students, focusing on outreach, lead generation, counselling, and enrolment growth.

You will engage with schools and stakeholders, guide applicants through the admissions process, and ensure procedures comply with institutional policies while maintaining accurate records and reporting on trends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in student admissions or recruitment.
• Experience in outreach, lead generation, stakeholder engagement, or enrolment management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment and outreach initiatives to attract prospective students and achieve enrolment targets.
• Engage with prospective students and families, providing information about programmes, scholarships, eligibility, and admissions procedures.
• Build relationships with high schools, educational institutions, and stakeholders.
• Generate and nurture prospective student leads through outreach activities and events.
• Review and evaluate student applications and supporting documents.
• Provide guidance and counselling to applicants throughout the admissions process.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and reports on volumes and trends.
