Job summary

Acquisit is seeking a growth marketing consultant to join its fast-paced team in Dubai. You will work with clients to design data-driven online marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, while leveraging Looker Studio and BigQuery to inform decisions.

You will collaborate with analysts to turn insights into tactical activations, present findings to clients, and drive campaigns that optimize acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a consulting firm or analytical department of media agencies
• Very strong analytical skills
• Ability to synthesize and present complex ideas to clients
• Very good presentation skills
• Business acumen
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of Arabic (spoken and written)
• Competitive advantage: knowledge of main platforms (Meta, Google)

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their business model and industry dynamics to identify impact areas
• Design an online marketing strategic vision for client acquisition and retention
• Turn plans into tactical activations using data-driven research and available tools
• Present findings to clients and defend the recommended approach
• Collaborate with analysts and specialists to implement recommendations as experiments

• Meet clients to understand their business model as well as the deep dynamics of their industry to identify where our expertise can have a significant impact on their company
• Design an online marketing strategic vision for your client as well as client acquisition and retention plan
• Turn this plan into tactical activations by building a strong rationale based on data research on the different tools at disposal (market studies, audience planner, keyword planner, first-party database)
• Present your findings to the client and convince them of your approach
• Together with the analyst and specialist, implement your recommendations into actual experiments
• Analyze and report on performances to the client
• Ensure strong operational support to your clients’ portfolio
