Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group in Dubai invites an Arabic-speaking Dedicated Luxury Travel Consultant to join our luxury lifestyle management team to cover overnight shifts.

You will handle high-end travel requests end-to-end, advise in Arabic and English, arrange bookings across restaurants, airlines, hotels, yachts, and events, and craft tailored itineraries while ensuring exceptional service. A passion for travel and strong GDS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) at C2 level.
• Completed tertiary qualification, ideally in tourism.
• Several years of experience in travel, luxury concierge or high-end customer service.
• Excellent knowledge of global destinations and luxury travel products.
• Strong GDS experience (Amadeus preferred; Galileo/Sabre/Worldspan acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for premium customers during overnight hours.
• Advise customers via phone and email in Arabic and English.
• Handle end-to-end requests including travel arrangements, dining, events, spa, yachts, and transfers.
• Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination management agencies.
• Prepare tailor-made itineraries and manage visa applications and related admin.
• Inform customers about exclusive promotions and events.
