Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking an Arabic-speaking Dedicated Luxury Travel Consultant in Dubai to support premium clients with overnight shifts. You will craft tailor-made itineraries, manage bookings, and provide high-end service in Arabic and English.

The role requires strong GDS skills, global destination knowledge, and a passion for luxury lifestyle. Night shifts from 20:00 to 10:00 Dubai time, 40 hours per week, are part of the routine.

Qualifications

• Arabic and English language proficiency at C2 level.
• Tertiary qualification in tourism or equivalent training.
• Several years in travel industry or 3+ years in luxury concierge / high-end service.
• Excellent global destination knowledge.
• Proficient in a Global Distribution System (GDS), Amadeus preferred.
• Flexible, service-oriented and able to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for premium customers during overnight hours.
• Advise customers via phone and email in Arabic and English.
• Process end-to-end requests including travel, restaurant, club bookings and events.
• Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination management agencies.
• Prepare tailor-made travel offers and itineraries and manage visas and admin.
• Promote exclusive promotions and events to inspire customers.
