A well-reputed school in Al Ain is seeking a dedicated and qualified Arabic Language Teacher to join its academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Arabic language instruction promoting a deep understanding of Arabic literature, grammar, and communication while nurturing a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver effective Arabic language lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and ADEK guidelines.
- Language Development: Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and spoken Arabic to help students achieve fluency.
- Cultural Integration: Incorporate Arabic culture, history, and traditions into lessons to enhance student understanding and appreciation.
- Student Engagement: Use interactive and student-centered teaching strategies such as storytelling, role-playing, and group work.
- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student progress through quizzes, written assignments, and oral presentations; provide constructive feedback.
- Parental Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents to discuss student performance and development.
- Behavior Management: Foster a respectful, inclusive, and well-disciplined classroom environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with school leadership and colleagues to support holistic student development.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all ADEK educational standards and school policies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of teaching experience in Arabic language instruction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Language: Native or near-native fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- ADEK Approval: ADEK approval or appointment letter (preferred).
