Job summary

EDGE Group is seeking an Interpreter to ensure accurate Arabic-English interpretation for classroom and practical training within our Beacon Red programs. You will bridge instructors and learners, preserving technical accuracy and context across sessions while upholding confidentiality and professional decorum.

Working with training teams and client stakeholders, you will translate curricula and materials, support scenario-based learning, and contribute to a consistent, high-quality training

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Experience in simultaneous interpretation within technical, professional, or defence/security training environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in translation, interpretation, linguistics, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate simultaneous interpretation between English and Arabic across classroom instruction and practical training sessions, maintaining technical and contextual precision throughout.
• Translate training curricula, supporting materials, and documentation from English to Arabic (and vice versa), ensuring fidelity to original intent and terminology.
• Provide professional interpretation support during client meetings and stakeholder engagements, maintaining confidentiality and appropriate register.
• Execute assigned role-play activities within training scenarios, contributing to realistic and effective learning outcomes.
• Manage translation of client correspondence, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professional tone across all written communication.

Education
