Radisson Hotel Fujairah is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie specializing in Arabic cuisine to join the opening culinary team. You will lead a defined kitchen section and craft authentic dishes in a boutique hotel setting.

Responsibilities include preparing mezze, grills, and regional specialties, ensuring HACCP compliance, and mentoring junior staff. Prior pre-opening experience is an advantage, with opportunities for growth and development.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie specialising in Arabic cuisine, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavours.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen.
• A positive attitude, teamwork, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Previous pre-opening experience would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and present high-quality Arabic dishes, maintaining authentic flavours and presentation standards.
• Manage the assigned kitchen section, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Prepare a variety of traditional Arabic dishes, including hot and cold mezze, grilled specialties, and regional favourites.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu development, food preparation, and cost control.
• Guide and support junior kitchen team members.
