Job summary

Radisson Hotel Fujairah is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie specializing in Arabic cuisine to join our Culinary Team during the exciting pre-opening phase. Located in Fujairah city, the hotel features 202 contemporary rooms, multiple event spaces, and a vibrant dining program.

You will prepare and present high-quality Arabic dishes, manage your kitchen section, ensure HACCP compliance, and support menu development with the Sous and Executive Chefs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie specialising in Arabic cuisine, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavours.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen.
• A positive attitude, teamwork, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Previous pre-opening experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality Arabic dishes, maintaining authentic flavours and presentation standards.
• Manage the assigned kitchen section, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Prepare a variety of traditional Arabic dishes, including hot and cold mezze, grilled specialties, and regional favourites.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu development, food preparation, and cost control.
• Guide and support junior kitchen team members.
