Job summary

REAPHR in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain standards in a busy Asian fast-food restaurant. You will report to the Restaurant Manager and play a key role in delivering consistency.

You will have minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in fast-food Asian cuisine with wok restaurant exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or restaurant management experience.
• Experience in fast food Asian cuisine (Chinese, Japanese, Indian) and wok restaurants.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
• Nationality: Arab preferred.
• Age: Up to 36 years.
• Female candidates may be considered if suitable male candidates are unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Support the restaurant manager in daily operations.
• Supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff.
• Monitor food quality and service delivery.
• Manage staff schedules and attendance.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels.
• Support cashier operations when required.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with staff training and performance management.
• Maintain operational efficiency during peak hours.
