Arabic and UAE Social Studies Teacher in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is a full‑time education sector role for qualified UAE National teaching professionals who can deliver Arabic and UAE Social Studies lessons while supporting students’ language development, national identity, cultural awareness, and understanding of UAE society. This opportunity is open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a valid Family Book and is suitable for candidates with a relevant academic background and strong interest in education.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Arabic and UAE Social Studies lessons in line with school curriculum standards and academic expectations.
• Prepare engaging lesson plans, classroom activities, assignments, assessments, and learning resources.
• Support students in developing Arabic reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary skills.
• Deliver UAE Social Studies content covering national identity, UAE heritage, culture, history, society, citizenship, and moral values.
• Encourage student participation, discussion, cultural awareness, and respect for UAE traditions and values.
• Assess student progress through classwork, homework, oral activities, written tasks, projects, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve language ability, subject understanding, and academic confidence.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, lesson plans, assessment results, and student progress.
• Apply effective classroom management strategies to create a respectful, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
• Support differentiated instruction to meet the needs of students with different learning abilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and school leadership to maintain high academic standards.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, teachers, and school teams when required.
• Support school events, UAE national celebrations, cultural activities, assemblies, and related student initiatives.
• Follow school policies, safeguarding expectations, and student wellbeing procedures.

Ideal Profile

• Applicant must be a UAE National.
• Valid Family Book is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar Arabic or UAE Social Studies teaching role is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic language instruction and UAE Social Studies content.
• Good understanding of UAE culture, heritage, national values, and school learning expectations.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
