Job summary

NAFFCO is seeking an Application Engineer – Oil & Gas to support techno-commercial proposals for pump packages and firefighting systems. You will evaluate technical bids, select pumps, prepare proposals, and coordinate with clients to meet project specs and standards.

The role requires reviewing RFQs, sizing centrifugal and firefighting pumps, and ensuring compliance with NFPA 20, API standards, and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in application engineering, proposal engineering, or technical sales support within Oil & Gas.
• Experience in pump package selection and firefighting systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and client specs to identify technical and commercial requirements.
• Perform technical sizing of centrifugal pumps, firefighting pumps, jockey pumps, and related accessories.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with client specs, contractual obligations, and international standards.
