Job summary

Etihad Airways Group is seeking a Regional General Manager (UAE Nationals Only) to define the commercial approach for the APAC region and lead an international sales force from the UAE base. The role requires relocation to APAC (Singapore, Thailand or Malaysia) with full relocation support.

You will drive sales plans, optimize channel strategy, and mentor regional teams to achieve targets while aligning with Etihad's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business or relevant Commercial experience.
• 8–10 years in aviation with 5+ years in senior roles.
• Ability to manage senior relationships across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Define, execute and monitor short/long-term regional sales plans.
• Lead strategic initiatives to meet sales targets and budget.
• Direct regional selling activities and optimize resource deployment.
• Champion standardized regional processes and guidelines.
• Lead and coach regional teams, providing feedback at all levels.
• Review risk factors and propose timely solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Utilize data and BI to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Build a trusted network with key decision makers in customers and industry bodies.
