Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking UAE Nationals to join its Commercial team as Sales Officers on an international assignment. The role offers exposure to Sales, Business Development, Revenue Management and other Commercial functions, with opportunities for international postings and a long-term career at a global airline.

You will gain hands-on experience across markets, build stakeholder relationships and contribute to data-driven sales strategies, with relocation support and ongoing career development

Qualifications

• UAE National (Family Book holder).
• Fresh graduate or professional with up to three years of experience.
• University graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Open to international opportunities and willing to relocate globally.
• Eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career in Commercial.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales, Business Development, Revenue Management and wider Commercial teams, gaining hands-on experience across different areas of the business.
• Support sales initiatives, market analysis, customer engagement and commercial projects, building a strong understanding of our business and customers.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working across teams to deliver commercial priorities and projects.
• Complete an international assignment, gaining first-hand experience of working in a different market and broadening your commercial perspective.
• Take ownership of your development, showing curiosity, adaptability and the potential to grow into future Commercial leadership roles.
