Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst / Accountant to join our Finance team in Abu Dhabi. The role supports day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting across multiple entities, including intercompany balances and VAT compliance.

You will manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and assist with external audits. A Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and ERP experience (Oracle) are required; ACCA/CMA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Experience in a multi-entity or holding company environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• ACCA/CMA qualification as an advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate monthly management reports.
• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping.

• Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations including bank, receivables, payables, and intercompany balances.
