Job summary

Remote DXB, Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced Financial Consolidation Specialist to lead group consolidation, financial reporting and close processes. You will prepare journals, reconciliations, and management reports for multiple entities, while supporting audits and automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in financial accounting, IFRS proficiency, and strong ERP/Oracle experience within real estate or related sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in financial and management accounting.
• Good knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel and financial reporting tools; Oracle experience preferred.
• Experience in real estate or related industry preferred.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA, CA, ACCA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual Group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Prepare consolidation schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual close across assigned entities and ledgers.
• Prepare journals, accruals, provisions, reclassifications and period-end adjustments.
• Prepare and review general ledger, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits with schedules, reconciliations, financial statements and documentation.
• Assist in preparing variance analysis, financial analysis and management reports.
• Use AI-enabled, analytics and digital tools to support reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to automate repetitive finance activities.
