Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks an experienced AML Compliance Officer to support and manage compliance services for external clients across industries in the UAE. The role delivers end-to-end AML, audit, and compliance support to ensure adherence to UAE regulations and to assist clients during inspections and reviews.

The ideal candidate holds ACAMS, a 4+ year UAE AML background, and a track record in client-facing engagements, risk assessments, KYC, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UAE AML compliance experience.
• ACAMS certification required.
• Experience handling external clients and managing engagements independently.
• Consultancy/service-based background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end AML and compliance support to external clients across different sectors.
• Conduct AML reviews, risk assessments, KYC checks, and compliance monitoring.
• Assist clients in inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Support clients in implementing AML policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review client documentation to ensure UAE AML regulatory compliance.
• Identify compliance gaps and provide remediation recommendations.
• Prepare compliance reports, audit findings, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for timely resolution of issues.
• Stay updated on UAE AML laws and best practices.
• Travel to client locations when required for inspections or engagements.
