Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in the United Arab Emirates (Remote) is seeking an experienced Audit Compliance Manager to lead risk-based audit planning, compliance monitoring, and governance initiatives across the organization.

You will collaborate with Legal, IT, Finance, and external auditors, translate findings into practical improvements, and drive a strong compliance culture while working fully remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internal audit, compliance, risk management.
• Strong understanding of risk-based audit methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and regulators.
• Professional qualifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, or ACCA advantageous.
• Experience working within UAE or GCC market preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop risk-based audit and compliance strategies aligned with governance standards.
• Establish annual and multi-year audit plans based on risk assessments.
• Conduct internal audits, compliance reviews, and targeted investigations.
• Monitor controls, assess deficiencies, and define corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Legal, IT, Finance and external auditors.
• Prepare executive audit reports and management presentations.
