Job summary

InZone is seeking an experienced AML Compliance Officer to support external clients across industries in the UAE. The role covers end-to-end AML, audit, and compliance services, ensuring adherence to UAE regulations and assisting during inspections.

Responsibilities include conducting AML reviews, KYC checks, and risk assessments, as well as implementing and maintaining AML policies and controls. Travel to client sites within the UAE is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.
• ACAMS certification required.
• 4+ years UAE experience in compliance.
• Experience in consultancy, corporate services, or service-based environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE AML regulations and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end AML and compliance support to external clients across sectors.
• Conduct AML reviews, risk assessments, KYC checks, and compliance monitoring.
• Assist clients in inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Support clients in implementing AML policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Review client documentation for UAE AML compliance.
• Identify gaps and provide remediation recommendations.
• Prepare compliance reports, audit findings, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on UAE AML laws and best practices.
• Travel to client locations in UAE when required.
