Scope of Work

• Receive and triage emergency requests via radio phone and chat applying standardized protocols and checklists for accuracy and efficiency.
• Prioritize concurrent requests determining the urgency and nature of each situation to allocate resources appropriately in real time.
• Document all inbound communications and dispatch decisions with clarity ensuring thorough and accurate records.
• Route information and dispatch instructions to relevant responders consistently following established operational procedures.
• Engage in multi-channel communication managing multiple inbound and outbound streams simultaneously without compromising attention to detail.
• Contribute domain expertise to help define data quality standards and protocol effectiveness for AI training purposes.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to further enhance the realism and accuracy of AI communications simulations.
