Preferred Qualifications

• Significant experience as a fire dispatcher emergency communications specialist or equivalent.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities including managing simultaneous requests via radio phone and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in applying following and interpreting standardized emergency protocols and checklists( APCO/NENA certification).
• Demonstrated capacity for clear concise and professional written and verbal communication.
