Job summary

Art Ambulance in Dubai seeks a multilingual dispatch coordinator to support medical operations. You will handle client requests, coordinate staff rostering, and use Zoho or similar CRM tools to track cases. Fluent in French, Arabic and English, you can work independently and maintain calm under pressure in a fast-paced EMS environment.

This role requires rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Dubai geography familiarity and a medical background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, Arabic and English; both spoken and written.
• At least 2 years in dispatch, call centre, customer service, operations coordination or healthcare coordination.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of client requests.
• Experience with staff scheduling and rostering.
• Good computer skills, including email and Office/Google tools, and dispatch/CRM systems.
• Calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fully available for rotating day and night shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• Preferred medical background (nurse, paramedic or EMT).
• Experience with medical assistance companies, international patient transfers or repatriations.
• Additional languages.
• Experience in ambulance, EMS, hospital or medical assistance dispatch.
• Familiarity with Dubai and UAE geography and healthcare facilities.
• BLS / first aid certificate.
• Experience with Zoho or a similar CRM or rostering tool.
