Job summary

Etihad Airways Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Fleet Engineer to ensure continuing airworthiness and compliance with CAR- AIR OPS, M and 145 requirements. You will review ADs, SBs and coordinate with OEMs/MROs.

You will support fleet reliability, facilitate Modification Review Committee decisions, prepare engineering orders and foster a safe reporting culture. The role requires a bachelor degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical engineering and CAMO experience; A320/A350/A380 line training is

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics engineering.
3 years CAMO experience as Fleet Engineer/Technical Services Engineer OR 5 years in Technical Commercial Aviation.
Aircraft B1/B2 type training on A320/A350/A380 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Review Airbus Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins to ensure timely compliance.
Collaborate with OEMs, MROs and internal departments to improve fleet reliability and on-time performance.
Prepare and compile Engineering Orders, Special Checks and Additional Engineering Requirements for modifications and reliability assessments.
Support technical projects (e.g. EIS, end of aircraft lease, modification projects).
Ensure TFU/FAIR reviews and advisories are issued.
Promote a positive safety reporting culture and support the Lead Engineer on Fleet Management functions.
