Job summary

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi is seeking experienced Aircraft Engineers to join our world-class team. You will perform and certify maintenance, lead Technicians, and ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires an Aircraft Maintenance License (GCAA / EASA Part-66) and 7–10 years of maintenance experience, including certifying; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of aircraft maintenance experience
• At least 5 years of certifying experience in a Line or Base/Light Maintenance environment
• Certifying experience on at least 2 of Etihad aircraft type ratings (Level 3) – Airbus 320 / 330 NEO / 350 / 380, Boeing 777 / 787
• Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Certify own work and others' work after verification
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Carry out maintenance in compliance with regulations
• Lead and guide Aircraft Technicians
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free environment and safe working areas
• Provide guidance to Technicians for safe practices
• Participate in training and development
• Adhere to SQMM procedures and safety standards
• Conduct inspections on Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and vehicles
