Job summary

Vhr in Abu Dhabi seeks a Lead Fleet Engineer Cabin to ensure airworthiness and safety for cabin systems, reporting to the Technical Fleet Manager. The role covers oversight of ADs/SBs, reliability improvements, and modification programs to keep the fleet safe and compliant.

You will coordinate with OEMs and internal stakeholders, prepare engineering data, and drive cost-effective solutions while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications meeting eligibility for Chartered Engineer.
• 5 years CAMO experience in Fleet Management or Technical Services.
• Boeing fleet training and AMOS MIS experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Airworthiness Directives and service bulletins for cabin systems.
• Lead reliability analysis and coordinate OEM responses with timelines.
• Design and issue Engineering Orders, Special Checks and Additional Engineering Requirements.
• Incorporate cabin modifications and assess customer-requested changes.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders on repair/overhaul and warranty programs.
• Maintain SQMM compliance and promote safety culture.
