Job summary

Abu Dhabi Airports Group is seeking a Manager Airside Operations to lead the Airside Operations team and ensure the safe movement of aircraft and vehicles across the airport. You will oversee airside activities with planning, direction, and control, ensuring compliance with aviation standards and company policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in airside operations, leadership experience, and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 7 years of Airside Operations experience at a similar or larger airport.
Experience leading and managing operational teams.
Experience with civil aviation regulations and statutory requirements.
Strong understanding of airside operations and regulatory compliance.
Valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Airside Operations team to ensure safe, secure, and efficient movement of aircraft, vehicles and personnel.
Plan, direct, and control airside activities in line with standards and procedures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Coordinate with stakeholders and service providers to resolve operational issues.
Participate in emergency committees and ensure readiness for response plans.
Develop and deliver staff training on airside safety and procedures.
