Job summary

Abu Dhabi Airports Company is seeking a Manager Airside Operations to lead the Airside Operations team, ensuring safe and efficient movement of aircraft, vehicles and personnel across the airport. The role provides 24/7 operational oversight of airside, terminal and landside access systems.

You will drive strategic planning, budgeting and emergency response activities, supervise training, and collaborate with regulatory bodies to maintain ICAO/GCaa standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 7 years of Airside Operations experience in a large airport.
• Experience leading and managing operational teams in a service delivery organization.
• Solid knowledge of civil aviation regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, management systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and supervise the Airside Operations team ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, customers, contractors and service providers to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee staff training, competency, and familiarization with standard operating procedures.
• Participate in airport emergency committees and ensure team readiness for emergency response plans.
• Develop and deliver induction, recurrent and specialized training programs.
