Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or relevant license/certification.
• Subject matter expert (SME) with proven knowledge in passenger handling operations and aviation processes.
• Experience in airport systems and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver automation strategies for Airports & Ground Operations.
• Collate, design, engineer, construct and deliver automation solutions to reduce manual intervention.
• Identify, develop and implement automation projects with a focus on productivity and quality.
• Report limitations of automated solutions to management and stay aligned with department goals.
• Deliver innovative proposals aligned with departmental objectives.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices.
