Job summary

ABC, based in the United Arab Emirates, seeks a senior leader to drive the Airports & Borders vertical, shaping value propositions and multi-year strategy. You will build pipelines, generate direct consulting revenue, and collaborate with Amadeus to deliver high-impact engagements for airports, border authorities, and biometrics initiatives.

You will cultivate Trusted Advisor relationships with C- and D-level executives, mentor consultants, and contribute to cross-vertical strategy and delivery

Qualifications

• Significant experience in management consulting, business consulting, strategy, or a related advisory environment.
• Knowledge of the airport, aviation, border management, immigration, seamless travel, or biometrics ecosystem.
• Experience defining strategies, value propositions, and growth agendas.
• Experience developing consulting pipelines and driving consulting revenue.
• Experience engaging with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
• Degree from a reputable university.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and mentoring consultants or subject-matter experts.
• Experience working effectively across a global, matrix organization and collaborating with Regional teams and shared delivery functions.
• Strategic, analytical, and commercial capabilities, combined with sound business judgment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to represent ABC and Amadeus as a thought leader within the industry

Responsibilities

• Lead the Airports & Borders vertical covering airports, border management, seamless travel, and biometrics.
• Own the vertical’s value proposition, senior customer stakeholders, and growth agenda.
• Define the vertical’s value proposition and multi-year strategy.
• Build the pipeline and drive direct consulting revenue and influenced Amadeus solution revenue (ACV).
• Develop business across airports, border and immigration authorities, and seamless travel and biometrics customers.
• Build and sustain Trusted Advisor relationships with C- and D-level leaders.
• Provide analytical insight and business judgment to support senior customer decision-making.
• Work with Regions and the shared Delivery Pool to deliver consulting engagements.
• Build intellectual property, repeatable offers, value studies, and thought leadership.
• Further develop the Seamless Travel and biometrics proposition.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor consultants and SMEs.
• Grow domain expertise and bench strength.
• Contribute to ABC’s strategy, operating model, resourcing, and cross-vertical initiatives.
• Help shift ABC from a support-and-delivery function into a strategic capability.
• Represent ABC and Amadeus as a thought leader in airports, borders, and seamless travel
