Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Airport Greeter – Transportation Shuttle to join its Transportation Shuttle team at the Ras Al Khaimah resort. The role focuses on warm guest welcomes, guiding travellers to shuttles, and coordinating transfers with drivers to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in guest services or transportation, strong English communication, and a neat professional appearance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years in guest services or transportation, preferably in hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Greet guests at the airport in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist guests with luggage and guide them to the designated shuttle area.
Coordinate with shuttle drivers to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.
Communicate any delays or changes in schedules to guests promptly.
Provide information about the property, transportation services, and local area as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols during transfers.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve transportation-related issues efficiently.
Report any incidents or operational concerns to the Transportation Supervisor
