Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Airport Greeter Transportation Shuttle to join the resort's Transportation Shuttle team. The role involves greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and guiding them to shuttle areas to ensure timely pickups.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, excellent English, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Training in hospitality is a plus and a professional appearance is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hospitality training or experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests at the airport in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage and guide them to the designated shuttle area.
• Coordinate with shuttle drivers to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
• Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.
• Communicate any delays or changes in schedules to guests promptly.
• Provide information about the property and local area as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols during transfers.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve transportation-related issues efficiently.
• Report incidents or concerns to the Transportation Supervisor.
